By engaging NattureBomb's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All services are provided professionally and with industry-standard practices.
Project scope will be clearly defined before commencement. Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.
50% payment required upfront, remaining 50% upon project completion. All prices are negotiable based on project complexity and requirements.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity. Client feedback and approval times may affect delivery schedules.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and configurations. Third-party plugins and software retain their original licenses.
All client information, server details, and project specifics are kept strictly confidential. No information is shared with third parties without consent.
Temporary server access may be required for setup and configuration. All access credentials are handled securely and removed after project completion.
Post-project support is included as specified in each package. Extended support and maintenance can be arranged separately.
Services are provided 'as-is'. NattureBomb is not liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from service usage or server downtime.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Completed work and time invested are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply for undelivered services.
Primary communication through Discord, email, or agreed platforms. Regular project updates will be provided throughout the development process.
Integration with third-party services (hosting, domains, APIs) are client's responsibility. NattureBomb assists with configuration but doesn't guarantee third-party service availability.
NattureBomb reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Existing projects continue under original agreed terms.
Any disputes will be resolved through professional mediation. Both parties commit to good-faith resolution of any issues that may arise.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Payment for completed work is due upon termination. Unfinished work may be delivered in current state.
